Arbitrum gas fee calculator.

Live fees read straight from the chain, with the base fee and the tip shown separately and nothing rounded up. Paste a transaction hash to see exactly what it paid.

How Arbitrum gas fees are calculated

Fee = gas used × (base fee + tip). Gas used depends on what the transaction does. The price per unit of gas has two parts.

The base fee is set by the protocol for every block.

The tip (priority fee) is what your wallet adds on top. Arbitrum nodes don't report the tips transactions pay, and most pay none, so the estimate leaves the tip out unless you set one.

Arbitrum adds the cost of posting a transaction to Ethereum to its gas used, so the same transaction shows a little more gas than on Ethereum.

The max fee your wallet shows is only a cap. You are charged base fee + tip, and the rest is never spent.

Some calculators round any gas price under 0.1 gwei up to 0.1. When the gas price sits below that, their estimates come out several times too high. This one shows what the chain reports.
