Stick Fight
Stick Fight is a fully on-chain game where players shape the levels every week through a DAO. DAO executives, clans, rebellions, betting and renting are all on-chain — the rules aren't a backend, they're a protocol.

The problem
Level design that a backend could quietly rewrite
A game shaped by its players only stays fair if the shaping is verifiable. Off-chain voting or admin-controlled levels would leave every DAO decision resting on trust in the studio.
What we built
Levels, clans and betting as on-chain rules
Weekly level changes, clan membership, rebellions, betting and rentals are all contract state, not database rows — so the DAO's decisions are the source of truth, not a record of them.
The economy
Betting and rentals fund the DAO treasury
Betting pools and item rentals recycle value back into the treasury the DAO itself controls, instead of relying on new token buyers to keep the game funded.
