Atelier Minori

A change of pace from on-chain work. Atelier Minori is a made-to-order patisserie in New Barnet, London, and they needed a real storefront rather than a marketplace listing. We built them one — campaigns, gift cards, a loyalty point system, product and allergy management, order tracking and more, all run by the owners themselves.

The problem

A marketplace listing isn't a storefront

Selling made-to-order cakes through someone else's platform means paying a cut, sitting on the same page as every competitor, and never really owning the customer. Atelier Minori wanted their own shop, on their own domain, on their own terms.

What we built

A shop with the back office included

A full storefront: products with allergy information, campaigns, gift cards, a loyalty point system and order tracking. The owners run all of it themselves — launching a campaign or changing the menu doesn't need a developer.

The experience

Made-to-order, handled properly

Lead times, allergens and order status sit where customers actually look, so a pre-order placed days ahead feels tracked rather than sent into a void. And every repeat purchase builds loyalty with the bakery instead of with a platform's algorithm.
